Have
you seen the newest trend for breakfast? You make it up before going to
bed and have it ready for you the next morning. It can be a refrigerator oatmeal, a smoothie bowl, or a chia pudding. Chia seeds are getting a lot of
buzz lately as being a super powerhouse of nutrition. It can't hurt. I've been
adding it to my blender smoothies just because. But, I decided to gather the
ingredients together for one of the chia puddings.
Shake
it up.

For
me, it was still a bit thin. But, the taste was really good. I will be trying a few other ones when the
mood strikes me. I found a pumpkin chia pudding recipe on Pinterest. Yum!
