MEXICAN STAR

Khristina McCarthey, a friend visiting from Australia, and I took a workshop at Quilters by the Sea Quilt Guild last Saturday.  Ann Turley was the teacher who taught this great little quilt. It is called The Mexican Star.

I finished the top this morning and started quilting it.  I think the quilting is going to take longer than the piecing.  Khristina finished hers clear through the binding.  Show off. ;o)

Quilt happy,

Marilyn

Gosh that's nice! How big is it? I love everything about it... the piecing, the colours, the layout, the quilting. Well done!
