I HAVE A FINISH......WAHOO!

I finished!  Finally!  I first mentioned about this quilt on this post:   http://marilynpond.blogspot.com/2011/02/my-newest-project.html I needed to push back my grandson's school fundraiser quilt for a lot of reasons.  But, it is finally completed and ready to mail. Not at all too soon either.  Last night I was doing this:


I decided to make the faux piped binding:


And this is what will get auctioned on April 28th.

that sure is pretty I love tha pattern I think it is called box in box either I have read it somewhere or I named it I'm not sure I have made a couple of them ,but I have't quilted them they are just tops ,I have a collection of tops,I'm sure it will fetch a good price for them.xoxo theodora
