I feel honored. My 17 year-old granddaughter has been spending her spring break with me. We have had a special time together. We decided that for this trip it would be "A Taste of Long Beach". That means we never left Long Beach for anything. She flew into Long Beach Airport, we played, shopped, and ate only in Long Beach. This is lunch at Thai Gormet in Belmont Shores.

Sounds like you guys had a great week.
What a great visit :)
You're very lucky. Yes, LB has some good eats. Our fave for just a family meal is still Hof's Hut.
She is a lovely girl! Sounds as though you two had a wonderful time! Thanks for sharing your joy!

Awesome - shes a gorgeous girl thats for sure
Marilyn, you and Annette sure look like you had lots of fun...I am soooo jealous....lol I'm coming over one day....might be 80, but I'm coming! Trudy looks like she was spoilt rotten (more so than usual!) whilst Annette was there. Glad she came to spend Spring Break with you....see she knows how great you are. Hugs Naomi
What lovely photos Marilyn, you have a very pretty grandaughter.

What a fun idea to spend the week in Long Beach - it is a nice city and I miss it.
How great that you got to spend this time together! It looks like you had my favorite kind of vacation - one centered around good food!!
